 Bryan’s house was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice. Every detail is well thought out and that house was pristine when we arrived. Kitchen was perfect, backyard and fire pit were lovely, and the the bedding is superbly comfortable. Super close to beaches and downtown Newport. We had the best week & will definitely stay again! 

 Beautiful apartment, furnished to an exceptional standard. The process was simple and easy from start to finish. We had a great time staying there and would thoroughly recommend it. 

 This was our second year staying at Bryan's and we were so happy to return. The house was perfect for our family and we love the easy accessibility to all of the area attractions. We will be back again! 

 Bryan’s place was super nice- looks like newly renovated and everything was super chic and clean! Love the location- a nice walk to Pebble Beach and a quick drive to downtown Newport.
Had a small issue with slow internet when we first arrived, but Bryan fixed it in less than 10 minutes! Literally quicker response and fixing than the cable company!

 Bryan’s place was in a perfect location. It was about a 10 minute drive to Easton’s Beach and a 15 minute drive to the downtown area with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The house was easy to check-in as there was a keypad and it was easy to find. The house was also super clean and spacious for my friends and I for my bachelorette weekend. The decor was so cute and coastal and really added to the vibe of the weekend. We had a wonderful stay and I would recommend Bryan’s house to anyone! 

  We really enjoyed our stay here. The decor was impeccable and the space was very clean and comfortable. The location was close to everything we wanted to do in and around Newport. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to other Newport area visitors!

 What an amazing property. Access to Newport and the surrounding area was easy. The house was set up very well for our family of 6 adults. While we did not cook, the indoor kitchen was well stocked to prepare family meals, and a great outdoor grill to enjoy in the summer. We really loved the firepit during a warm summer evening. This home make our trip so much nicer. 

 This place was great. Had everything you needed...towels, sheets, detergent, shampoo, games, you name it. Perfect place with lots of land for outside fun. All beds were comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Off the beaten path, so nice and quiet as well. Great house! 

 Best Airbnb we’ve every stayed in. Exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable. We lived in the area years ago and I can say that location is perfect. Very close to beaches, shopping, etc. great place to stay.
